現代語訳
一、同年（享保十八年・1733年）二月 右の御用として江戸表へ参上したところ、元締役を仰せ付けられ神田橋御普請小屋へ引き移り、同六月御普請が完成したため芝御屋敷へ帰った事
一、同年六月 公儀へ召され桧之間において、御普請中に骨折り働いたことにより拝領物を仰せ付けられる旨を松平右近将監様が仰せ渡され、御品は御奏者番高木主水正様がお渡しになられた
但し御品は銀二十枚、御時服三つ、御羽織一つを下し置かれた事
一、同月 右の御普請について骨折り働いた段を仰せ出され、銀子三枚を下し置かれ、同七月に帰国した事
一、同十九年（享保十九年・1734年）寅年三月 御蔵入郡奉行を仰せ付けられた事

1. In the same year (Kyōhō 18, 1733), 2nd month: Proceeded to Edo for the aforementioned official duties, was appointed as head supervisor (moto-shime-yaku) and moved to the Kanda Bridge construction hut, returning to the Shiba residence in the 6th month when the construction was completed

In the same year, 6th month: Was summoned by the shogunate and at the Hinoki-no-ma (Cypress Room), was granted gifts for his dedicated service during the construction project, as announced by Matsudaira Ukon-no-shōgen-sama, with the gifts presented by Takagi Mizu-no-kami-sama, the go-sōja-ban (master of ceremonies)
The gifts consisted of 20 pieces of silver, 3 sets of formal clothing (jifuku), and 1 formal jacket (haori)
