一寛延元辰年十二月当職精出相勤候
　ニ付御加増百石被下置候事
一同二巳年三月為勤番江戸表へ罷登同九

　　但勤番中　公儀御目付八木十三郎
　　殿宅ニ而駕御免之誓詞相究候先年
　　駕御免被成候節可相究筈之所御障
　　ニ付此度相究候事
一宝暦元未年三月為勤番江戸表へ罷

を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された事

一、同年七月　会津において乗物を御免成し下された事

一、同三年（寛保三年・1743年）亥年三月　勤番のため江戸表へ参上し、同九月に帰国した事

一、延享元年（1744年）子年九月　勤番のため江戸表へ参上し、翌丑年（延享二年・1745年）三月に帰国した事

一、同二年（延享二年・1745年）丑年正月　江戸において駕籠を御免成される旨を仰せ出された事

一、同三年（延享三年・1746年）寅年正月　御前において元〆方惣司を仰せ付けられた事

一、寛延元年（1748年）辰年十二月　当職を精励して勤めたことにより、御加増百石を下し置かれた事

一、同二年（寛延二年・1749年）巳年三月　勤番のため江戸表へ参上し、同九月に帰国した
　　但し勤番中に公儀御目付八木十三郎殿宅において駕籠御免の誓詞を取り決めた。先年駕籠御免を成された際に取り決めるはずであったが、御障りのため今度取り決めた事

1. Same 3rd year (Kanpō 3, 1743), Year of the Boar, 3rd month: Proceeded to Edo for guard duty service, returning in the 9th month

1. Enkyō 1 (1744), Year of the Rat, 9th month: Proceeded to Edo for guard duty service, returning in the 3rd month of the following Ushi year (Enkyō 2, 1745)

1. Same 2nd year (Enkyō 2, 1745), Year of the Ox, 1st month: Was announced that permission to use a palanquin (kago) was granted in Edo

1. Same 3rd year (Enkyō 3, 1746), Year of the Tiger, 1st month: Was appointed as Chief Administrator of the Accounting Department (moto-shimegata sōshi) in the lord's presence

1. Kan'en 1 (1748), Year of the Dragon, 12th month: Due to diligent service in current position, was granted an additional stipend of 100 koku

1. Same 2nd year (Kan'en 2, 1749), Year of the Snake, 3rd month: Proceeded to Edo for guard duty service, returning in the 9th month
　　During this guard duty service, the oath regarding palanquin permission was finalized at the residence of Lord Yagi Jūzaburō, the Shogunate Inspector. This should have been finalized when palanquin permission was granted in previous years, but due to obstacles, it was finalized on this occasion
