一両二分の御役料を下し置かれ、三字に改めるよう仰せ付けられ、名を磯田と下し置かれた事

一、蓮受院様が久保丁にお入りになった節、御人少にて御貸人を仰せ付けられ、引き移って相勤めた事
一、同八年（1788年）申年七月十日 六十四歳にて病死、法名法厳院修岳良善大姉、葬所江戸三田南台寺
