巳年正月廿五日三十四才ニ而病死
法名妙玄院殿軽日円無大姉
葬所祥雲山善龍寺初玄妙院
子細在之後妙玄院と改》

一享保二十卯年六月親願之通於江戸初而之
　御目見被　仰付候事

　土常様御婚礼ニ付御出合之節御鉄炮之間
　物頭之席へ罷出御雇相勤候事

一寛延元辰年十月親願之通主水と改名

　妻　三宅孫兵衛忠久の女、名は桑　《元文五年（1740年）申年九月八日誕生、安永二年（1773年）巳年正月二十五日三十四歳にて病死、法名妙玄院殿軽日円無大姉、葬所祥雲山善龍寺、初め玄妙院、子細あり後に妙玄院と改める》

一、享保二十年（1735年）卯年六月　親の願いの通り江戸にて初めてお目見えを仰せ付けられた事

一、延享元年（1744年）子年《月は詳細不明》江戸へ上った際、土津様御婚礼につき御出合の節、御鉄砲之間物頭の席へ出て御雇いとして相勤めた事

一、同二年（1745年）丑年《月は詳細不明》江戸にいた際、御使の御雇いとして相勤めた事

一、同年五月　春中江戸表にて御使を相勤めた段を仰せ出された事

一、寛延元年（1748年）辰年十月　親の願いの通り主水と改名したい旨、願いを任せられた事

一、宝暦二年（1752年）申年八月　跡式御知行五百石無
