御相違なく下し置かれ、外様組附を仰せ付けられ、上田八郎右衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同三年（1753年）酉年三月 御使番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年八月 勤番として江戸表へ上り、翌戌年（1754年）三月に下った事
