宜形相聞不届ニ被 思召依之忰縫殿
之助 御城下御構被 仰付候事
一天明元丑年三月会津徘徊御免被成

人扶持被下置新潟御用役被 仰付席
郡奉行打込先輩次第ニ被成下新潟へ
致出役罷在塩仕込等之儀を始通船斗
方或ハ越国出之諸品廻米捌方等之儀先々
懸合御損益を致勘弁存寄候筋ハ不差
控申出御為宜様可取計尤彼地御調儀
物其外色々追々御用可被 仰付旨

下候御扶持方御知行百三拾ニ直被下
置外ニ百弐拾石御役料被下置候事
一同月本問ノ丁大場弥左衛門跡屋敷御貸

来候御扶持方被 召上同役願之通嫡子ニ
現代語訳
適切でない形で聞こえ、不届きであるとお思いになられ、これにより息子の縫殿之助は会津城下立ち入り禁止を仰せ付けられた事
一、天明元年(1781年)丑年三月 会津徘徊をお許しになられた事
一、寛政二年(1790年)戌年四月 帰参を仰せ付けられ、三十人扶持を下し置かれ、新潟御用役を仰せ付けられ、席は郡奉行打込先輩次第に下され、新潟へ出役して罷在し、塩仕込等の儀を始め、通船斗方或いは越国出の諸品廻米捌方等の儀について、先々懸合して御損益を勘弁し、存寄の筋は遠慮せず申し出て、御為によろしいよう取り計らうべし。もっとも彼の地での御調儀物その他色々と追々御用を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事
一、同年十二月 町奉行を仰せ付けられ、これまで下されていた御扶持方を御知行百三十二に直して下し置かれ、外に百二十石の御役料を下し置かれた事
一、同月 本町の大場弥左衛門跡屋敷をお貸しになられた事
一、同三年(1791年)亥年二月 願いの通り息子七郎左衛門に下し来た御扶持方を召し上げられ、同役願いの通り嫡子に

It was heard in an improper manner and was considered misconduct, therefore his son Nuinosuke was ordered to be banned from Aizu castle town
1. Tenmei 1st year (1781), Year of the Ox, 3rd month: He was granted permission to wander about Aizu
1. Kansei 2nd year (1790), Year of the Dog, 4th month: He was ordered to return to service and granted a stipend of thirty men's portions. He was appointed to Niigata official duties, with his rank set according to the seniority of district magistrates (gun-bugyō). He went to serve in Niigata, where he was to handle salt procurement and other matters, including ship transport arrangements and the distribution of various products and rice from Echigo Province. He was to negotiate with relevant parties in advance, consider profits and losses for the domain, and report his opinions without hesitation for the benefit of the domain. He was told that various investigative duties and other tasks in that region would be assigned to him in due course
1. Same year, 12th month: He was appointed town magistrate (machi-bugyō). His previous stipend was converted to a fief of 132 [koku], and additionally he was granted 120 koku as official salary
