一同年十月御用透之節ハ講所和学方へ罷
出職原之筋対談仕相及候丈ケ致吟味侯様
被 仰付候事
一同五丑年五月本務兼務共ニ細々心を
付出精相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子五枚綿
二把被下置侯事
一同日伊与田安太輔町奉行被 仰付
候ニ付添役被相止候間御勘定懸り勤ニ不及
主役ハ是迄之通相勤候様被 仰付候事
一同年十月江戸表御分矩方為御用罷登

勤める旨を仰せ出された事
一、同年十月 御用が空いている節は講所和学方へ出向き、職原の筋について対談し、及ぶ限り吟味するよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同五年（1793年）丑年五月 本務・兼務共に細々と心を付けて出精し相勤めているので、御褒美として銀子五枚・綿二把を下し置かれた事
一、同日 伊与田安太輔が町奉行を仰せ付けられたので、添役を相止められ、御勘定懸り勤めには及ばず、主役はこれまでの通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十月 江戸表御分矩方の御用のため登ることとなった事
一、同六年（1794年）寅年正月 種姫君様御逝去につき、貞昭様より御機嫌御伺いの御国使者を仰せ付けられた
但し、費用補助として金二両を下し置かれた事
一、同年八月 当春芝御屋敷御類焼の節、御三神様を三田御屋敷へお守り申し上げ、よろしく取り計らった段を仰せ出された事
