一同月御分矩荒方相究候へとも霜月頃迄
　詰越被　仰付候間不相弛様及吟味猶又
　省ケ方之儀存寄候ハヽ申出候様被
　仰付候事
一同年十月芝御屋敷御普請主立取斗
　候様被　仰付候事
一同月来十月迄詰越被　仰付御借金
　方へハ不綺御当用方繰合会津仕向等之
　儀迄御勘定頭同様任之凡而及熟談連名
　諸事貫キ相勤候様被　仰付候事

一同年閏十一月此度御分矩之儀最初ゟ
　見込取斗諸向共ニ不少減方も有之右之
　矩を以後年仕居之吟味専一ニ候間御分矩
　方任之壱人ニ而引受相勤候様被
　仰付候
　　但芝御屋敷御普請廻材取調之儀任
　　候様被　仰聞置候処右ニ付任候ニ不
　　及旨被　仰出候事
一同年十二月両務共ニ出精相勦兼務御
　用ニ付去冬中江戸表へ罷登分矩斗之

現代語訳

一、同月　御分矩荒方は決定したけれども、霜月頃まで詰越を仰せ付けられたので、気を緩めないよう吟味し、なお又節約方の儀について意見があれば申し出るよう仰せ付けられた事

一、同年十月　芝御屋敷御普請を主立って取り計らうよう仰せ付けられた事

一、同月から十月まで詰越を仰せ付けられ、御借金方には関わらず、御当用方の繰り合わせ・会津仕向等の儀まで御勘定頭同様に任され、凡そのことについて熟談し、連名で諸事を貫いて相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事

一、同年閏十一月　この度の御分矩の儀は最初から見込んで取り計らい、諸向共に少なからず減方もあり、右の基準を以て後年執り行うの吟味が専一であるので、御分矩方を任された一人で引き受けて相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた
　　但し、芝御屋敷御普請廻材取調の儀を任されるよう仰せ聞き置かれたところ、右については任されるには及ばない旨を仰せ出された事

一、同年十二月　両務共に出精し相勤め、兼務御用につき去冬中江戸表へ罷り登り、分矩計りの

However, while he had been informed that he would be entrusted with investigating construction materials for the Shiba residence, it was announced that such appointment was unnecessary.
