 尽元〆方御操合ニも相成功作格別ニ付  只今迄之御役料之外ニ三拾石御役料  被下置候事 一同三寅年八月木本左門養第中書忰  七郎左衛門聟養子ニ仕度旨被任願候  事 一同年九月竹問屋株譲渡願出之一件  ニ付不心得成勤方ニ候条屹度被  仰付方在之候へとも老年之儀ニ候へハ  御宥を以本務并兼務共ニ御免被成  外様組附被 仰付神保内蔵助  組へ入候処病気ニ付出番不仕候事 一同年十二月願之通隠居被  仰付候事 一同六巳年九月十六日八拾三歳ニ而病死  法名寛量院殿儀山哲仁居士葬所  同上 木工光義 《割書:初右近又縫殿之助又左門又七郎左衛門隠居後方郷 宝暦六子年四月廿三日延生》 母三宅氏女

尽くし、元締め方の御操り合わせにも相成り、功作が格別であるにつき、只今までの御役料の外に三十石の御役料を下し置かれた事 一、同三寅年八月 木本左門の養子で中書の息子である七郎左衛門を聟養子にしたい旨を願い任せられた事 一、同年九月 竹問屋株譲渡願い出の一件につき、不心得な勤め方であるので厳しく仰せ付ける方法もあるが、老年の儀であるので御宥恕を以て本務並びに兼務ともに御免成され 外様組付きを仰せ付けられ神保内蔵助の組に入ったが、病気につき出番しなかった事 一、同年十二月 願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた事 一、同六巳年九月十六日 八十三歳にて病死 法名 寛量院殿儀山哲仁居士 葬所 同上 木工光義《割書:初め右近、また縫殿之助、また左門、また七郎左衛門、隠居後方郷 宝暦六子年四月二十三日延生》 母 三宅氏女
