御下向前急成御晋請ニ侯処宜及差
図不日ニ出来出精相勤候段被

一同六寅年十月郡方出役取斗荒
方相居此節御人減旁を以郡奉行添
役御雇勤被成御免只今迄精出相勤
候ニ付為御褒美綿五把被下置候事
一同七卯年十二月郡奉行添役勤之
節芝御屋敷御晋請ニ付廻材運送方
宜取斗自身運送をもいたし候ニ付為
御褒美銀子弐枚被下置候事
一文化三寅年十二月家督御知行百
九拾石無御相違被下置神保内蔵助

現代語訳
御下向前の急な御普請にあたり、よろしく差図に及び、不日に出来上がり、出精して相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一、同六寅年十月 郡方出役の取り扱いが荒方相居り、この節御人減を兼ねて郡奉行添役御雇勤を御免になった。今まで精を出して相勤めたことにより、御褒美として綿五把を下し置かれた事
一、同七卯年十二月 郡奉行添役勤めの節、芝御屋敷御普請につき廻材運送方をよく取り扱い、自身運送をも致したことにより、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事
一、文化三寅年十二月 家督として御知行百九十石を相違なく下し置かれ、神保内蔵助組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同四卯年九月 本郷原ならし馬揃の節、罷り出た事
一、同年十一月 養子中書と不縁につき、木本惣五郎方へ相返したい旨を願い任せられた事
一、同六巳年五月 与力支配兼務を仰せ付けられた事

Regarding the urgent construction work before the lord's visit to the domain, he provided good supervision and direction, completed the work promptly, and served diligently, for which he received commendation.
1. Same 6, Tora year (1794), 10th month: Due to rough handling of district office duties and staff reductions at this time, he was relieved of his assistant district magistrate employment service. In recognition of his diligent service thus far, he was rewarded with five bundles of cotton.
1. Same 7, U year (1795), 12th month: During his service as assistant district magistrate, regarding construction at the Shiba residence, he handled the transportation of lumber well and personally undertook transportation work, for which he was rewarded with two silver pieces.
1. Bunka 3, Tora year (1806), 12th month: He inherited the family headship with a fief of 190 koku granted without change, joined Jinbo Kuranosuke's unit, and served guard duty at the castle.
1. Same 4, U year (1807), 9th month: He attended the horse parade and ground leveling at Hongō plain.
1. Same year, 11th month: Due to the dissolution of relations with his adopted son Nakasho, his petition to return him to the Kimoto Sōgorō family was approved.
