事
一 寛延元辰年九月、同姓清左衛門の跡屋敷を下し置かれた事
一 同三午年九月、勤番のため参り登る予定であったが、原源八の常詰御普請奉行を仰せ付けられたので、（原源八が）参り登るまで相勤めているように仰せ付けられ、同五月に帰参した
但し、陣中で精出して相勤めたことにより、御上下の代として晒一疋を下し置かれた事
一 同年十二月、同姓清左衛門の三男武太夫を養子にしたい旨の願いを許可された事
一 宝暦二申年正月、御国目付衆の御用を精出して相勤めたことにより、御上下の代として晒一疋を下し置かれた事
一 同三酉年十月、見祢山の御社の御葺替えに付き、度々彼の地へ参り越し、宜しく差図を致したことにより、御物入りを減らして御普請を果敢に行った段を仰せ出された事
一 同四戌年五月、院内の御墳の御普請御用を任じて相勤めるように仰せ付けられた事

One: In the 9th month of Kan'en 1, Dragon year, he was granted the residence site of Seizaemon of the same surname.
One: In the 9th month of Kan'en 3, Horse year, he was scheduled to go up for guard duty, but since Hara Gen'hachi was appointed as permanent construction magistrate, he was ordered to continue serving until (Hara Gen'hachi) went up, and he returned in the 5th month of the same year.
Note: For his diligent service during the military campaign, he was granted one bolt of bleached cloth in place of formal court dress.
One: In the 12th month of the same year, his request to adopt Budayū, the third son of Seizaemon of the same surname, was granted.
One: In the 1st month of Hōreki 2, Monkey year, for his diligent service in duties for the domain inspectors, he was granted one bolt of bleached cloth in place of formal court dress.
One: In the 10th month of Hōreki 3, Rooster year, regarding the roof replacement of the shrine at Mount Mine, he repeatedly went to that place and gave excellent direction, and it was proclaimed that he accomplished the construction project courageously while reducing expenses.
One: In the 5th month of Hōreki 4, Dog year, he was appointed to serve in charge of construction work for the mausoleum at Innai.
