相組一同御称美被成下候

罷越候ニ付仲ケ間一同 御目見被

現代語訳
一 同年十二月、当追鳥狩の節、列伍足並みよく相揃い、隊の連属を行い、運用滞りなく段取りよく、組一同が御称美を賜った
但し、この後毎度御称美を賜った事
一 同十二申年、修理介と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 文化五辰年正月、蝦夷地御固のための御用で赴くことになり、仲間一同が御目見を仰せ付けられ、小書院において御流頂戴し、大書院において御酒を賜った事
一 同月、蝦夷地御固の御用で仲間と出発し、同五月に蝦夷地宗谷に到着、十一月に右の御用が済んで帰陣した節、旅服のまま仲間一同が御目見を仰せ付けられた
但し、往来の小荷駄差配を勤め、帰陣の節は道中御目付仮役を勤めた事
一 同年十二月、蝦夷地御固のための御用で赴いた所、海陸往来を始めとして、かの地において数日勤労に励み、御用滞りなく済ませて残らず帰陣したことにより、御城において仲間一同が御料理を賜った事

Note: Subsequently received such praise on every occasion.
• Same year, 12th month of the Monkey year: Requested and was granted permission to change his name to Shurinosuke.
• Bunka 5, 1st month (1808): Due to official duties for the defense of Ezo (Hokkaido), he and his companions were granted audience, received sake cups at the small study, and were served sake at the large study.
• Same month: Departed with companions for official duties related to Ezo defense, arrived at Soya in Ezo in the 5th month, completed the duties in the 11th month, and upon returning were granted audience while still in travel clothes.
Note: He served as supervisor of pack animals during travel, and served as acting inspector during the return journey.
• Same year, 12th month: Having departed for official duties related to Ezo defense, he worked diligently for several days in that land, beginning with sea and land transport, completed all duties without incident, and upon the complete return of all personnel, the entire group was served a meal at the castle.
