一、万治二年（1659年）亥年四月 御鉄炮頭を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年十月 親（父）茂右衛門の儀、道義様へ大功のある者につき、組頭を仰せ付けられたこと
一、寛文元年（1661年）丑年四月 会津において乗物を御免じなされたこと
一、同年閏八月 勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、翌寅年二月罷り下ったこと
一、同五年（1665年）巳年八月 勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、翌午年三月罷り下ったこと
一、同七年（1667年）未年六月 六十二歳にて病死。法名：法性院殿心翁道哲居士。葬所：金剛山恵倫寺。後年に至り、鳳翔院様と称号が相通じることとなったため、栄昌院と改めたこと。
但し、病中ならびに没後、御尋ねの御意を蒙り、かつ遺物として甲一頭を差し上げたこと

1. In the 7th year of the same era (1667), the Year of the Sheep, 6th month: He died of illness at the age of 62. Posthumous Buddhist name: Hōshōin-dono Shin'ō Dōtetsu Koji. Place of burial: Kongōzan Erin-ji Temple. In later years, as his posthumous name was found to be similar to the name used for Lady Hōshōin, it was changed to Eisshōin.
Note: During his illness and after his death, he received a gracious inquiry from his lord, and a helmet (kabuto) was offered as a posthumous gift
