一、同年十一月 徳翁様に御目見えなされた御祝儀として、御召御小袖一つを下し置かれたこと
一、同七年（1679年）未年十二月 家筋を思し召され二百石の御加増を下し置かれ、組頭を仰せ付けられたこと
一、天和二年（1682年）戌年六月 車源太左衛門一件について、役儀というものの不適切な仕方で不届きにつき、江戸・京・大坂・日光・会津道中、甲府様・御三家様・御老中様・御一家方での構い（出入り禁止）にて、勢至堂口より御追放を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年十月六日 四十四歳にて病死 法名白翁忠清居士 葬所不詳 石塔金剛山恵倫寺

In Tenna 2 (1682), the Year of the Dog, 6th month: Regarding the Kuruma Gentazaemon incident, due to improper conduct in his official duties, he was banned from entering Edo, Kyoto, Osaka, the Nikko-Aizu highway, and the residences of Lord Kōfu, the Three Houses, the Senior Councilors, and their family branches, and was ordered to be exiled from Seishidō Gate
1. On the 6th day of the 10th month of the same year: Died of illness at age 44. Posthumous Buddhist name: Hakuō Chūsei Koji. Burial place unknown. Stone pagoda at Kongōsan Erin-ji Temple
