　　附諸番所におゐて喧嘩口論有之節は相番之もの
　　取斗へし外より猥に駈集へからす相番少之
　　場所は其向寄に居合する者共可取斗之事立ましき
　　儀を見のかし難事にいたさしむへからさる事
一男女好色猥之儀可相慎幷賭之諸勝負何事に
　よらす令禁止事
　　附遊興に長し過分之侈仕間敷事
一不依何事我意を立党を結ひ一味致すへからさる事
右條々堅可相守之先規之旧法に准相定者也
　　寛保二年正月十五日　御黒印

現代語訳

附　諸番所において喧嘩口論これ有りの節は、相番の者取り計らうべし。外より猥りに駆け集うべからず。相番少なき場所は、その向き寄りに居合わせる者共取り計らうべきこと。立派しき儀を見逃し難事に至らしむべからざること

一、男女好色猥りの儀相慎むべく、並びに賭けの諸勝負何事によらず禁止せしむること
　　附　遊興に長じ過分の侈り仕るまじきこと

一、何事によらず我意を立て党を結び一味致すべからざること

右条々堅く相守るべし。先規の旧法に准じ相定むる者なり
　　寛保二年正月十五日　御黒印

英語訳

Note: When quarrels and disputes occur at guard posts, those on duty together shall handle the matter. Others shall not rush in recklessly from outside. At posts with few guards on duty, those stationed nearby shall handle the situation. One must not allow minor matters to escalate into serious incidents.

1. Improper conduct regarding relations between men and women must be avoided, and all forms of gambling and betting are prohibited regardless of the nature.
　　Note: One must not indulge excessively in entertainment or spend extravagantly.

1. Regardless of the matter, one must not insist on one's own will, form factions, or conspire with others.

These articles must be strictly observed. They are established in accordance with precedent and ancient law.
