祝長（はふり）、無瀬人（むせし）、武卒（ふんぞう）、
里（さと）の子（し）は小姓（こしやう）なり、美少年（びせうねん）をえらぶ、年（とし）をとりて髭（ひげ）生（おい）れ
は親雲上（ばいきん）となる、親雲上（ばいきん）は官名（くわんみやう）なれども、彼国（かのくに）の風俗（ふうぞく）にて、

里之子は小姓である。美少年を選ぶ。年を取って髭が生えると親雲上となる。親雲上は官名であるが、あの国の風俗では武士をすべて親雲上という。

Satonoshi are pages. Beautiful young men are selected. When they age and grow beards, they become Pēchin. Pēchin is an official title, but according to the customs of that country, all samurai are called Pēchin.
