落涙山非常明王（なみださんひじやうめうわう）
　念仏題目等
当十月二日夜四つ時より翌日朝迄
一同令難渋者也
　地震院　火事

そも〳〵なみだ山 非常（ひじやう）明王は御救（おすくひ）の小屋山町法大事（こやさんてうほうたいじ）の御 作（さく）にして
地震雷火事親父（ぢしんかみなりくわじおやぢ）を倶足（ぐそく）し奉る本尊なり悪魔隆伏（あくまかうぶく）は
もちろん世上（せじやう）の人気（しんき）をなほし放蕩惰弱（ほうとうだぢやく）を止（とゞめ）たまふとの御せいくわん也
地震（ぢしん）と現（げん）じ給ふ時 強欲（がうよく）いんあくの土蔵（どさう）をおとし雷鳴（らいめい）とあら
はるゝときは聾（つんぼう）の耳を貫（つらぬき）魂（たましい）を天蓋（てんがい）にとばして無慈悲（むじひ）の心（しん）
中（ちう）をかはらしむ火事（くわじ）身（しん）を現（げん）じてはつぶれし家（いへ）より火（ひ）をはなち
消人（けして）なければやけほうだい夜（よ）の明（あけ）るにしたがひていつしかきえてあと
かたはなきの涙（なみだ）の箸（はし）もたぬまでになりても命（いのち）さえあれば一法（ひとほう）かき
かへてだますとすれば親仁身（おやぢしん）それかけ出して野宿（のじゆく）の雨（あめ）津浪（つなみ）が
くるとだまされて逃（にげ）たあとから盗（ぬす）みする極悪人（ごくあくにん）はいざしら浪（なみ）心を
直（すぐ）にもつものは誓（ちかひ）て助（たす）けまゐらする非常（ひじやう）明王の御剣（みつるき）は
おやの異見（いけん）の剱（けん）なるべし片手（かたて）にぎる財布尻（さいふじり）しめしを守（まも）る
子孫（しそん）へあたへたまふとの御つげなればつぶれ
しんで後悔（こうくわい）あられませう

ありて商売（しやうはい）ださだまりかねて命（めい）をかうむり田原俵（たはらへう）だ
火出（ひで）たと御すくひとして二合半のもつそうにておめしに
かりふくれがはらにおしよせたり此ときなみだ山毎日（まいにち）大（たい）そう
不そうおうをいのり施（ほどこ）し米（ごめ）のはかりことをもつて又門（またかど）の崩（くづ）れと
なりしもこの尊像（そんざう）の御とくなり此ときのうたに
　またかどでこめかみよりぞうたれける
　　かはらおちたがさはりこそして

落涙山非常明王（なみださんひじょうみょうおう）
　念仏題目等
当十月二日夜四つ時より翌日朝まで
一同難渋させるものなり
　地震院　火事

そもそも涙山非常明王は御救いの小屋山町法大事の御作になるもので、地震雷火事親父を具足し奉る本尊である。悪魔降伏はもちろんのこと、世上の人々の心を直し、放蕩怠惰を止めたまうとの御誓願である。

地震と現じ給う時は強欲陰悪の土蔵を落とし、雷鳴と現れる時は聾の耳を貫き魂を天蓋に飛ばして無慈悲の心中を変えさせる。火事の身を現じては潰れた家より火を放ち、消す人がなければ焼け放題、夜が明けるにしたがっていつしか消えて跡形もなくなる。涙の箸も持たぬまでになっても命さえあれば一方を書き替えて騙そうとすれば、親父身それをかけ出して野宿の雨津波が来ると騙されて逃げた後から盗みをする極悪人はいざ知らず、波心を直に持つ者は誓って助け参らする。非常明王の御剣は親の異見の剣なるべし。片手に握る財布尻締めしを守る子孫へ与えたまうとの御告げなれば、潰れ死んで後悔あられましょう。

ようやく安堵し奉る本尊の由来を詳しく尋ねるに、昔地震王また角焼亡の聞こえありて商売が定まりかねて命を被り、田原俵だ火出たと御救いとして二合半のもっそうにてお召しになり、ふくれが腹に押し寄せたり。この時涙山毎日大層不相応を祈り施し米の計りごとをもって又門の崩れとなりしもこの尊像の御徳なり。この時の歌に
　また門で米神よりぞ打たれける
　　瓦落ちたが障りこそして

Ruidasan Hijō Myōō (King of Extraordinary Circumstances of Tear Mountain)
　Buddhist prayers, invocations, etc.
From the fourth hour of the night on the 2nd of this tenth month until the next morning
All shall suffer hardship
　Earthquake Temple　Fire

The Hijō Myōō (King of Extraordinary Circumstances) of Tear Mountain is a creation of the Great Dharma of Koyasanchō for salvation, and is the principal deity who embodies earthquake, thunder, fire, and fatherly authority. His vow is not only to subdue demons but also to correct people's hearts in this world and stop debauchery and laziness.

When manifesting as an earthquake, he topples the storehouses of the greedy and wicked. When appearing as thunder, he pierces the ears of the deaf and sends souls flying to the heavens, transforming merciless hearts. When manifesting as fire, he releases flames from collapsed houses, and if no one extinguishes them, they burn freely until they naturally die out with the dawn, leaving no trace. Even when reduced to having no chopsticks for tears, if one still has life and tries to deceive by rewriting records, the father-figure will rush out. While extreme villains may steal after people flee, deceived that rain and tsunamis are coming to their outdoor shelters, those with honest wave-hearts will surely be saved. The sword of the Hijō Myōō must be the sword of parental admonition. According to the divine message, he protects the purse strings held in one hand and bestows this upon descendants - thus, you will regret if you die in collapse.

Finally finding peace, when we inquire in detail about the origins of this principal deity, in ancient times there were rumors of the Earthquake King and corner conflagrations. When business could not be settled and lives were at stake, as salvation from Tawarahyōda's fire, he was summoned with two and a half gō of provisions, and swollen bellies pressed forward. At this time, Tear Mountain prayed daily for great inappropriateness, and through the scheming of donated rice, the collapse of gates was also due to the virtue of this sacred image. The poem from that time:
　At the gate again, struck down by the rice god
　　What obstacle did the falling tiles create
