相番少之場《見せ消ち：合｜所》は其向寄に居合する者共
可取計之事立間敷儀を見のかし難事に
致さしむへからさる事
一 男女好色猥之儀可相慎并賭之諸勝負不依
何事令禁止事
附遊興に長し過分之侈仕間敷事
一 不依何事我意を立党を結ひ一味致へから
さる事
右条々堅可相守之先規之旧法に准し相定者
也

【右丁】
相番が少ない場所は、その向きの近くに居合わせる者たちが取り計らうべきである。不都合な事を見逃して重大事に至らせてはならないこと
一 男女の好色で猥らな事は慎むべきであり、また賭け事の諸々の勝負は何事によらず禁止すること
附 遊興に長じ、過分な贅沢をしてはならないこと
一 何事によらず我意を立て、党を結び、一味をしてはならないこと
右の条々は堅く守るべきものであり、先規の旧法に準じて定めたものである

When there are few guards on duty, those present in the vicinity should handle matters. One must not overlook improper conduct and allow it to develop into serious incidents.
Article 1: Licentious and indecent conduct between men and women should be avoided, and all forms of gambling, regardless of the nature, are prohibited.
Addendum: One must not indulge excessively in entertainment or engage in extravagant spending.
Article 1: Regardless of the matter, one must not impose one's own will, form factions, or conspire with others.
These articles must be strictly observed, having been established in accordance with precedent and ancient laws.
