一金四両也
右は先年恩借金為質物御預ヶ置申候
西垣外畑金弐拾五両ニ而御請戻御無心
仕右之内前書之金子私商売為
元手金恩借仕候処相違無御座候然ル
上は是ゟ出情仕商売相続仕候上は
右金子御返納可仕候金渡世為御扱
御貸被下候ニ付此段不致忘却昼夜
丹精御返納可仕候為後日借用証文

右は先年恩借金の質物として御預かり置き申し候西垣外畑金二十五両にて御請け戻し御無心仕り、右のうち前書きの金子私商売の元手金として恩借仕り候ところ相違ございません。然る上はこれより出精仕り商売相続仕り候上は右金子御返納仕るべく候。金渡世のため御取り扱い御貸し下され候につき、この段忘却致さず昼夜丹精御返納仕るべく候。後日のため借用証文、よって件の如し。

Of this amount, I have borrowed the aforementioned money as capital for my private business, and there is no error in this matter. From now on, I will work diligently to continue my business, and upon doing so, I will repay the aforementioned money. Since you have graciously handled and lent this money for my livelihood, I will not forget this matter and will work day and night with devotion to repay you. This borrowing certificate is for future reference. Therefore, as stated.
