飲食（のみくひ）がみな媒（なか）だちとなる

是（これ）ぞ虎列刺（これら）の始（はじめ）なりけり

腹（はら）の痛（いたみ）もなみ〳〵でなし

て 外出先ではなるべく食事をするべからず
飲食がすべて媒介となる
あ ああ、下痢があれば少しも油断するな
これぞコレラの始まりなりけり
さ 臓腑を荒らして起こる症状なれば
腹の痛みも並大抵ではない
き 急死にも一命を取り留めることもあり
これは手当ての早い遅いによる
ゆ 油断より大敵コレラが来る時は
防ぐ名医も手に余すなり
