現代語訳
と名付けられております。毎年、本国（日本）の朝廷に貢物を献上しております。
天子が問うて言うには「その国に五穀はあるのか」使人が謹んで答えて「ございません。肉を食べて生活しております」
天子が問うて言うには「国に家屋はあるのか」使人が謹んで答えて「ございません。深山の中の樹木に住んでおります」
英語訳
They pay tribute to the imperial court of our homeland (Japan) every year.
The Son of Heaven inquired and said, "Are there five grains in that country?" The envoys respectfully answered, "There are none. They sustain themselves by eating meat."
