現代語訳
田夷の姓を免かれず、永く子孫の恥を胎すことを、伏して望むらくは、もっぱら民例に同じくして、夷姓を改めんと」
これにおいて姓を賜わりて遠田臣となせり。この事等は国史に出づ。
また外ヶ浜三馬屋の老人が告げて曰く「この辺りは津軽家所領の
