現代語訳
以上、松前より南東に世多良より松前へ陸路三十里余り、都合七十七村、六千八百余戸、二万六千余人。
セキナイ：諸産物を買い集める商家一戸あり。松前志摩守へ運上と唱えて、利潤の内を分かち納めることにより、すなわち（場所請負の権利を得ている）。
英語訳
The above [villages], lying to the southeast of Matsumae, from Setara to Matsumae by land route is over 30 ri in total: 77 villages, over 6,800 households, over 26,000 people.
Sekinai: There is one merchant house that purchases and collects various local products. By declaring payment of "unjo" (trade levy) to the Lord of Matsumae, Shimano-no-kami, and remitting a portion of their profits [they hold the right to operate the trading post].
