信州高遠様御産物之内入墅谷宮田入横河山四徳山
右三ケ所ヨリ小白木并諸品天龍【流ヵ】川下方御掛合ニ付、当
所江【ゟヵ】二俣村妹尾【舛屋ヵ】甚右衛門取次ニ御座候船壱艘ニ付凡
米五拾俵積之処且運賃壱俵ニ付百五拾八文并口銭廿文
つゝニ御座候何品ニ而も右ニ順シ取計可申上候故者慥ニ引受
御荷物大切ニ取扱相成丈ケ早行仕候様取計可申上候尤も
夏而出水等之節者無處【拠ヵ】延引ニも相成可申哉平
水之節者早行可仕候御引合為替之儀も是又
承知仕候為念対談書如件

差し上げ申す一札の件 「岩崎蔵書」
信州高遠様の御産物の内、入笹谷・宮田・入横河山・四徳山の右三か所より小白木並びに諸品を天竜川下流方面への御取引につき、当所より二俣村妹尾（舛屋）甚右衛門取次にございます船一艘につき、およそ米五十俵積みのところ、かつ運賃一俵につき百五十八文並びに口銭二十文ずつにございます。何の品物でも右に準じて取り計らい申し上げます故、確実に引き受け、お荷物を大切に取り扱い、できる限り早く運行いたしますよう取り計らい申し上げます。もっとも夏で出水等の節は、やむを得ず延引にもなり申すかもしれませんが、平水の節は早く運行いたします。お引き合い為替の件もこれまた承知いたします。念のため対談書として記します。

Document of Agreement "Iwasaki Collection"
Regarding the products from Shinshu Takato domain, specifically small white wood and various goods from the three locations of Irisasa-dani, Miyata, Iriyokogawa-yama, and Shitoku-yama, to be transported downstream on the Tenryu River through business arrangements, we hereby agree to the following terms for one boat handled through Jinuemon of the Masuo shop in Futamata village:
Capacity: approximately 50 bales of rice
Freight charge: 158 mon per bale plus 20 mon handling fee each
For any goods, we shall handle them according to the above rates. We firmly commit to receiving the cargo, handling your goods with utmost care, and arranging for the fastest possible transport. However, during summer floods and similar conditions, unavoidable delays may occur, but during normal water levels, we will ensure prompt transport. We also acknowledge the matters regarding exchange arrangements. This document serves as a record of our discussion.
