左様之義有之候而ハ窮民迷惑之義故山里所々之趣
又ハ銀用之多少ニ付高下ハ可有之候得とも何れ是迄之通ニ而
利上申談等不相調候条此旨可申渡候若心得違之義
於有之ハ咎可申付候事

右之通写仕御達申候兼而當季割賦御立合之節御申継
之積り罷有候得とも是御本文被仰出之義故御達申候質屋
株数名面等之義ハ来ル十三日御立合之節可得御意候先
夫迄ハ御組觸御指扣可然奉存候此状少も無遅滞
御廻達十三日せとや御持参可被下候仍而可得御意如此御座候已上

現代語訳
そのようなことがあっては困窮する民が迷惑することなので、山里の各所の状況
または銀の需要の多少により高下はあるであろうけれども、いずれにしてもこれまでの通りにて
利上げの申し談じなどは取りまとめないこと。この旨を申し渡すべし。もし心得違いのことが
あれば咎めを申しつけること

右の通り写しいたしお達し申し上げます。兼ねて当季割賦のお立ち合いの節にお申し継ぎ
するつもりでおりましたが、これはご本文で仰せ出されたことなのでお達し申し上げます。質屋の
株数・名面などのことは来る十三日のお立ち合いの節にご意見を伺います。それまでは
お組み触れをお控えになるのがよろしいかと存じます。この書状を少しも遅滞なく
お回し達し、十三日にせとやへお持参くださいますよう。よってご意見を伺いたく、このように御座います。以上
