一享和元酉年十二月只今迄之御役料
之外ニ壱石御役料被下置候事
一文化二丑年十二月本務之外入組
御穿鑿仕抜ニ相成候ニ付而ハ取調方別而
勤労致候由ニ付格別之訳を以只今

一同三寅年十一月公事所吟味役
切支丹類族改役人兼務被 仰付
重義ニ候へ共独礼ニ被成下御役料弐石
五斗只今迄之通被下置候事
一同四卯年三月去々丑年ゟ入組候
御糺も有之候処去寅年迄不残糺
抜ニ相成数十口之穿鑿出精宜取
調勤労いたし候ニ付為御褒美金

現代語訳
一、享和元年酉年十二月、只今までの御役料の外に一石の御役料を下し置かれた件
一、文化二年丑年十二月、本務の外に入り組んだ御穿鑿を仕抜きに相成ったことについては、取調方として特に勤労したということで、格別の訳をもって只今までの御役料の外に一石の御役料を下し置かれた件
一、同三年寅年十一月、公事所吟味役と切支丹類族改役人の兼務を仰せ付けられ、重要な役職であるけれども独礼に成し下され、御役料二石五斗を只今までの通りに下し置かれた件
一、同四年卯年三月、去々年丑年より入り組んだ御糺しもあったところ、去る寅年まで残らず糺し抜きに相成り、数十口の穿鑿を出精よく取り調べ勤労したため、御褒美として金一両を下し置かれた件
一、同七年午年五月、数口の穿鑿吟味をはじめ、凡そ吟味物をよく取り調べ精出して相勤めたため、席廻米役人の上に成し下された件

1. In the 12th month of Kyōwa 1 (1801), year of the Rooster, he was granted an additional official salary of 1 koku beyond his current salary.
1. In the 12th month of Bunka 2 (1805), year of the Ox, regarding his completion of complex investigations in addition to his regular duties, due to his particular diligence in investigative work, as a special consideration, he was granted an additional official salary of 1 koku beyond his current salary.
1. In the 11th month of Bunka 3 (1806), year of the Tiger, he was appointed to serve concurrently as Legal Affairs Office Inspector and Christian Family Investigation Official. Although these were important positions, he was granted the independent audience privilege, and his official salary of 2 koku 5 to continued to be granted as before.
1. In the 3rd month of Bunka 4 (1807), year of the Rabbit, regarding the complex investigations that had been ongoing since the year of the Ox two years prior, by the previous year of the Tiger all had been completed without exception, and for his excellent diligent investigation and hard work on dozens of cases, he was granted 1 ryō of gold as a reward.
1. In the 5th month of Bunka 7 (1810), year of the Horse, for conducting investigations and examinations of numerous cases and generally investigating all examination matters with excellent diligence, he was promoted above the rice rotation officials.
