 敷被下置候事 一同十酉年十一月数年来精出相  勤去ル午年ゟ去暮迄畳り候穿鑿  二百口余不残糺抜ニ相成候ニ付而者精  々相尽別而勤労致候ニ付格別之訳を  以席女中附之上ニ被成下候事 一同十三子年正月当御役場鍛練致  去ル酉年以来是迄無之数多之穿  鑿糺抜ニ相成右之内入組候糺も有之  候処 御入部ニ付糺抜ニ相成候ニ付而ハ  出精勤労致候ニ付為御褒美銀子弐枚  被下置候事 一同年十二月 御家世実記取調ニ  付而ハ右吟味之儀懸りニ而臨時之御用  精出相勤候段被 仰出候事 一同十四年丑年三月多年精出宜相  勤候ニ付公事所吟味役頭被仰付  格別之訳を以御近習二ノ寄合席被  成下御役料弐石五斗只今迄之通  被下置是迄之通吟味役勤をも致候

現代語訳

敷地を下し置かれた件 一、同十年酉年十一月、数年来精出して相勤め、去る午年より去る暮れまで畳んだ穿鑿二百口余り、残らず糺し抜きに相成ったことについては、精々相尽くし特に勤労したため、格別の訳をもって席女中附の上に成し下された件 一、同十三年子年正月、当御役場を鍛練し、去る酉年以来これまで無かった数多の穿鑿を糺し抜きに相成り、右の内入り組んだ糺しもあったところ、御入部につき糺し抜きに相成ったことについては、出精勤労したため御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた件 一、同年十二月、御家世実記取調につきましては、右吟味の儀掛かりにて臨時の御用を精出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件 一、同十四年丑年三月、多年精出してよく相勤めたため、公事所吟味役頭を仰せ付けられ、格別の訳をもって御近習二の寄合席に成し下され、御役料二石五斗を只今までの通りに下し置かれ、これまでの通り吟味役勤めをも致す件

In the 11th month of Bunka 10 (1813), year of the Rooster, having served diligently for several years, regarding the completion of over 200 investigations that had been accumulated from the previous year of the Horse until the end of the previous year, all without exception were thoroughly investigated. For his utmost dedication and particular hard work, as a special consideration, he was promoted above the ladies-in-waiting attendants. 1. In the 1st month of Bunka 13 (1816), year of the Rat, he strengthened the current official department, and regarding the completion of numerous investigations unprecedented since the previous year of the Rooster, including some complex cases among them, and their completion upon the lord's arrival at the domain, for his diligent hard work, he was granted 2 pieces of silver as a reward. 1. In the 12th month of the same year, regarding the investigation for the Official Family Historical Records, it was proclaimed that he had diligently performed temporary official duties in connection with these examinations. 1. In the 3rd month of Bunka 14 (1817), year of the Ox, for his excellent diligent service over many years, he was appointed as head of the Legal Affairs Office inspectors, and as a special consideration, was granted a seat in the second rank of close attendants' council, with his official salary of 2 koku 5 to continuing as before, and he continued to perform his duties as inspector as previously.
