ただし延宝5年2月6日、大工平山金兵衛は去年三の丸御普請につき骨折りした褒美として金2分を下された由、官記に相見えた所、家伝は無い由に候う
一、元禄8年亥年9月8日、71歳にて病死仕った。法名:聞法院釈慈光善栄居士、葬所:飛龍山本光寺

However, on February 6th, 5th year of Enpō, carpenter Hirayama Kinbei was granted 2 bu in gold as a reward for his hard work on the Sannomaru construction project the previous year, as recorded in the official records, though there is no family tradition [recording this].
