一同四亥年正月書物方御用精
出相勤候ニ付為骨折料金弐

まで勤めた件
一 同四年（亥年）正月、書物方御用精出して勤めたことにより、骨折料として金二両を下し置かれた件
一 同年より丑年まで三ヶ年、御成箇方任役を勤め、諸役所の押物等を取り決めるなど勤労したことにより、吟味所増加金の内より費料として年々金二分ずつを下し置かれた件
一 同七年（寅年）九月、親の御擬作十石二人扶持金を下し置かれ、御勘定所小役人に召し出された件
一 同八年（卯年）正月、御切符方任役を仰せ付けられ、四月中まで勤めた件
但し費料金一ヶ年一両の割合で下し置かれた件
一 同年三月、御用所書物当座御雇を仰せ付けられた件
一 同年四月、江戸へ勤番のため上がったが、七月中に親が大病のため願い出て下ったところ、勤番一人が減らされたため上がる必要がなくなった件
