一、同三年寅年五月 覚治と改名したい

一、同八年未年八月 追鳥狩に参加し獲物を

First, twelfth month of Bunka 2 (1805), year of the Ox: From his grandfather's provisional assignment,
three koku were reduced and he was granted eight koku with support for three people, summoned to the new
guard unit. For the cultivation of martial arts, while not being
assigned various duties, he was ordered to
submit fees for minor construction work.
First, fifth month of Bunka 3 (1806), year of the Tiger: His request to change his name to
Kakuji was granted.
First, eighth month of Bunka 8 (1811), year of the Sheep: He participated in a hunting expedition and
received game as a reward.
However, after this he participated once more and achieved first place in hunting,
for which he received five mon in silver coins at the hunting ground.
