土常様御逝去被遊候ニ付願之通
御暇被下置宿下仕弐人扶持被下

但右勤中品々拝領物仕候処

法名徳常院積宝貞切大姉葬
所一城山延寿院

石弐人扶持被下置高遠組御足軽ニ
被 召拘【抱誤ヵ】候事
一宝暦八寅年二月願之通御暇被下
