一、宝永元年申年二月内証困窮
してしまったため何分にも仰せ付け下し
置いていただきたい旨申し上げたところ江戸御免され
会津御供番を相勤めするよう

一、同二年酉年七月親八右衛門は旧来の
功労者であるため是までの御擬作御知行を
百石に御直しくださり江戸常詰を

1. In the 8th month of the same 12th year (1699), year of the rabbit, at Tsugawa
when the lord made an inspection tour, he was appointed by personal designation
to serve as escort and fulfilled this duty
1. In the 5th month of the same 13th year (1700), year of the dragon,
at the time of sankin he served as escort on the return journey
1. In the 9th month of the same 14th year (1701), year of the snake, he was
appointed to Edo guard duty
1. In the 2nd month of Hōei 1st year (1704), year of the monkey, due to private financial
difficulties, he petitioned to be given some appointment,
whereupon he was granted leave from Edo service and
appointed to serve as Aizu escort guard
1. In the 7th month of the same 2nd year (1705), year of the rooster, his father Hachiemon, being
a person of long-standing merit, had his provisional fief
converted to a direct grant of 100 koku and was appointed to permanent Edo residence

at the Shiba mansion
