一、同十四年酉年三月、江戸表において
跡式の御知行百五十石を相違なく
下し置かれ、これまでの御擬作を
召し上げられ、今まで通り御戸番を勤める
よう仰せ付けられ、
徳翁様御下向以後、会津へ
下った件
一、同年五月、坂十郎左衛門弟左門を
養子にしたい旨の願いを許された件
一、同十五年戌年四月、
御参勤の節、往復の御供を
仰せ付けられ相勤めた件
一、同年七月、願いの通り御役御免となり
外様組付を仰せ付けられ、生駒五
兵衛組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた
