只今まで通り相勤めていただくが、召される節に持病が悪化した場合は保養し、体調が良くなったら出仕するよう仰せ付けられた事
一、宝暦七丑年七月、数年間射芸を嗜み、今度自力をもって坂鉄馬を連れて登り、通矢もよく仕る段、奇特に思し召され、御褒美として御古の御帷子一つ、銀子三枚を下し置かれた事
一、同九卯年八月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた事
一、同十二午年十二月朔日、八十四歳にて病死、法名弁中院白箭道雪居士、葬所同上

He was ordered to continue serving as before, but when summoned, if his chronic illness flared up, he should rest for recuperation and return to service when his condition improved.
First, in the 7th year of Hōreki, 7th month (July 1757): Having practiced archery for several years, this time he brought Saka Tetsuma with his own resources and climbed up [the mountain/castle], performing tsūya (consecutive arrows through targets) well. This was considered admirable, and as a reward he was granted one old imperial summer garment and three pieces of silver.
First, in the 9th year, 8th month (August 1759): He was granted retirement as requested.
First, on the 1st day of the 12th month of the 12th year (December 1, 1762): He died of illness at the age of 84. Buddhist name: Benchūin Hakusen Dōsetsu Koji. Burial place: same as above.
