　通初而之　御目見被
　仰付候事
一寛保三亥年十一月
　恭定様御誕生前親一同御
　蟇目御用被　仰付相勤候
　　但翌子年正月御誕生幷
　　御七夜共親一同相勤於
　　御城御祝儀頂戴仕候事
一延享三寅年八月
　■宗【貫綜誤ヵ】院様御誕生前ニ付親
　一同御蟇目御用被　仰付相勤候
　　但於　御城前々之通御祝儀
　　頂戴仕候事
一寛延二巳年六月親願之通
　御番代外様格組付被　仰付
　三宅孫兵衛組ニ入　御城御番

一同四未年六月頭三宅孫兵
　衛若年寄被　仰付跡御役

現代語訳

一、享保十四酉年六月、親の願いの通り初めてのお目見えを仰せ付けられた事

一、寛保三亥年十一月、恭定様御誕生前に親と一同に御蟇目御用を仰せ付けられ相勤めた
　但し翌子年正月の御誕生並びに御七夜共に親と一同に相勤め、御城において御祝儀を頂戴した事

一、延享三寅年八月、■宗院様御誕生前に付き親と一同に御蟇目御用を仰せ付けられ相勤めた
　但し御城において前々の通り御祝儀を頂戴した事

一、寛延二巳年六月、親の願いの通り御番代外様格組付を仰せ付けられ、三宅孫兵衛組に入り御城御番を相勤めた事

一、同四未年六月、頭の三宅孫兵衛が若年寄を仰せ付けられ、跡の御役

英語訳

First, in the 6th month of the 14th year of Kyōhō, rooster year (June 1729): He was granted his first audience [with the lord] as requested by his parent.

First, in the 11th month of the 3rd year of Kanpō, boar year (November 1743): Before the birth of Lord Kyōtei, he was ordered to serve in the ceremonial archery duties together with his parent.
Note: In the 1st month of the following child year (January 1744), for both the birth and the seventh-night celebration, he served together with his parent and received congratulatory gifts at the castle.

First, in the 8th month of the 3rd year of Enkyō, tiger year (August 1746): Before the birth of Lord [■]sōin, he was ordered to serve in the ceremonial archery duties together with his parent.
Note: At the castle, he received congratulatory gifts as before.

First, in the 6th month of the 2nd year of Kan'en, snake year (June 1749): As requested by his parent, he was appointed to the outer guard formation and joined Miyake Magobei's unit to serve castle guard duty.
