簗瀬求馬組に移ることとなった事
一、宝暦五亥年四月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、同十月に帰国した事
一、同九卯年八月、家督として御知行百五十石を相違なく下し置かれた事
一、同年九月、坂十郎左衛門の二男鉄馬を養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、同十二午年正月、頭の簗瀬求馬が若年寄を仰せ付けられ、跡の御役として山崎太助組に移ることとなった事
一、同年八月二十六日、五十五歳にて病死。法名は浄嶽智清居士。葬所は同上

he was transferred to Yanase Gumma's unit.
First, in the 4th month of Hōreki 5, boar year (April 1755): He went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
First, in the 8th month of the same 9th year, rabbit year (August 1759): He inherited the family headship and was granted a fief of 150 koku without change.
First, in the 9th month of the same year: His request to adopt Tetsuma, the second son of Saka Jūrōzaemon, as his heir was granted.
First, in the 1st month of the same 12th year, horse year (January 1762): His commander Yanase Gumma was appointed to wakadoshiyori (junior councilor), and as his successor he was transferred to Yamazaki Tasuke's unit.
First, on the 26th day of the 8th month of the same year: He died of illness at the age of 55. His posthumous Buddhist name was Jōgaku Chisei Koji. Burial place: same as above.
