現代語訳

百五十石を相違なく下し置かれ、山崎左助組において御城の御番を相勤めた事

一、明和二酉年三月、山形へ勤番のため出向き、同年九月に帰参した事

一、同三戌年九月、御供番を仰せ付けられた事

一、同年十二月、不時の勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌亥年二月に病気のため帰参した事

一、同四亥年二月二十七日、二十五歳にて病死。法名は透箭院俊芳良機居士。葬所は同上

英語訳

He was granted a fief of 150 koku without change, and served guard duty at the castle in Yamazaki Sasuke's unit.

First, in the 3rd month of Meiwa 2, rooster year (March 1765): He went to Yamagata for guard duty and returned in the 9th month of the same year.

First, in the 9th month of the same 3rd year, dog year (September 1766): He was appointed to escort duty.

First, in the 12th month of the same year (December 1766): He went up to Edo for emergency guard duty, and returned in the 2nd month of the following boar year due to illness.

First, on the 27th day of the 2nd month of the same 4th year, boar year (February 27, 1767): He died of illness at the age of 25. His posthumous Buddhist name was Tōsen-in Shunpō Ryōki Koji. Burial site: same as above.
