御褒美として銀三両を下し置かれたこと
一同三年（亥年） 諸方面の金銭を一括して取り計らう御主法を転じるのが良いという存じ寄りを申し上げたこと
一同年九月 御国産方で畳の仕立て拵えの御勘定について、任役を仰せ付けられたこと
一同年十月 御勘定所改役の仮役を仰せ付けられ、金銭一括については諸吟味物掛りをして相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた
但し、費用補填として金三両を下し置かれたこと
一同年十二月 諸方面への品物渡しとなることについては、御買場所での買上げ取り計らいとなるので、御買物所立入を仰せ付けられたこと
一文化二年（丑年）七月 本途の御金支払いについて、神戸三右衛門が当座調達金の取り計らいをするよう仰せ聞かされたことにより、大町の沢口宇兵衛という者へ申し聞かせ、金二百両を調達して納入させた。もっとも現物なしで納入したところ、同年暮れに御返済となったこと

- Bunka 2nd year (Year of the Ox), 7th month: Regarding regular official fund disbursements, Kanbe San'emon was ordered to handle procurement of temporary funds. Accordingly, contacted a person named Sawaguchi Uhē from Ōmachi district to procure and deliver 200 ryō of gold. Although delivered without actual goods, repayment was completed by the end of the same year
