大久保加賀守
葛一箱并薯蕷一籠被献之作
首尾好遂披露候恐々謹言
五月四日 忠朝書判
但 御機嫌御伺等ニ而御献上物有之節者其度毎
捻御奉書出候得共同様ニ付以後不記之
一 五月八日右同断御法事ニ付
公方様東叡山江御参詣依之御豫参 御勤
但御法事ニ付御香奠御献上可有之候得共御記録類ニ不詳
一 同日右同断ニ付於万福山御茶湯御執行有之
一 同月《割書：日不｜詳》為端午御祝儀御使者御留守居を以御帷子《割書：三｜》
御単《割書：ニ｜》被献之追而 御内書於 御城御渡有之
為端午之祝儀帷子単物数五到来
悦思食候委曲大久保加賀守可述候也

大久保加賀守
葛一箱並びに薯蕷一籠を献上された件
首尾よく披露を遂げました。恐々謹言
五月四日 忠朝（花押）
ただし 御機嫌伺い等で御献上物がある節は、その都度
このような御奉書が出ますが、同様のことにつき以後は記載しません
一 五月八日 右同様の御法事につき
公方様が東叡山へ御参詣されるにつき、御予参の御勤めをしました
ただし御法事につき御香典を御献上すべきでしょうが、御記録類に詳細不明です
一 同日 右同様につき万福山において御茶湯の御執行がありました
一 同月《割書：日付不詳》端午の御祝儀のため、御使者・御留守居を以て御帷子《割書：三》
御単《割書：二》を献上しました。追って 御内書が 御城においてお渡しがありました
端午の祝儀として帷子・単物五点が到来しました

official letters like this are issued each time, but since they are similar, they will not be recorded hereafter

The shōgun made a pilgrimage to Tōeizan, so preliminary pilgrimage service was performed
Note: For the memorial service, incense offerings should have been presented, but details are unclear in the records
