現代語訳
一 五月（日付不詳）御幕の御紋の件について、彦坂壱岐守重紹殿を通じて御内々に御相談
があったところ、前々の通りで良いとの御指図により、道中の御荷物の絵符の
件も今まで通り葵の御紋を御使用になる
一 六月四日、暑中につき御使者を以て御国産の素麺・干鯛を
献上されました。右の御披露が済んだ折の御奉書が御老中阿部
豊後守正武殿より参りました

1. 5th month (date unspecified): Regarding the matter of the family crest on curtains, there was a private consultation through Hikosaka Iki-no-kami Shigetsugu-dono, and following his guidance that the previous arrangement should continue, the pictorial markers on travel luggage shall also continue to use the hollyhock crest as before.
1. 6th month, 4th day: Due to the summer heat, sōmen noodles and dried sea bream from the domain were presented via messenger. The official letter acknowledging the successful presentation came from Senior Councilor Abe Bungo-no-kami Masatake-dono:
