一 六月十一日与力御預ケ之面々江役与力之外被相止候ニ付
左之通稲葉采女《割書：正｜信》申渡之畢而与力之者江可申聞旨之
書付其頭々江御目付相渡之
面々与力共之儀 御不便被為 思召候得共今度
被相止候間可被得其意候

一 居屋敷緩々と仕舞勝手次第可差上事
一 屋敷惣囲有之ハ何ニ而も其侭差置本屋ハ
被下候事
一 屋敷之内有之樹木幷家僕飛石勝手次第
取可申事

東宮御所御築地御入用銀御金奉行江御納被成
但右被 仰出候御上納銀負数之儀御記録類ニ不詳
一 右御上納相済候間段同月十九日京都所司代土屋相模守殿江
御書を以御達被成

一 六月十一日、与力を預けられている面々へ、役与力以外は停止されることになったため、
左の通り稲葉采女正信が申し渡した。そして与力の者へ申し聞かせるべき旨の
書付をその頭々へ御目付が相渡した
面々の与力共の儀、御不便にお思いになられるが、今度
停止されることになったので、その意をお得になるべきである

一 居屋敷はゆっくりと片付けて、勝手次第に差し上げて良いこと
一 屋敷に総囲いがある場合は何であってもそのまま差し置き、本屋は
お与えになること
一 屋敷の内にある樹木並びに家僕・飛石は勝手次第
取って良いこと
一 同月十四日
東宮御所の御築地の御入用銀を御金奉行へ御納めになった
ただし右を仰せ出された御上納銀の負担数の儀については御記録類に詳しくない
一 右の御上納が相済んだことについて、同月十九日に京都所司代土屋相模守殿へ
御書をもって御達しになった
