但右被献候ニ付捻御奉書之儀以後定例故不記之
一 同月廿一日瀧主計《割書：明｜矩》儀御小姓美濃部助作《割書：茂｜英》与不儀之
趣相聞御役柄ニ不似合仕形ニ付旧冬御役御取上
御国許江御返被成其後御吟味有之候処弥以
不儀之段相聞候ニ付主計幷忰平蔵儀御物頭出渕

公方様御厄年ニ付観理院江御頼去廿六日ゟ今日迄

一 正月七日 御上初のため御使者を以て御肴（鯛一行目）一折を献上した
この件について御披露が済み、御奉書を御老中戸田山城守（忠昌）殿より頂戴した

但し、この献上につき御奉書のことは以後定例となったため記録しない
一 同月二十一日 瀧主計（明矩）が御小姓美濃部助作（茂英）と不義を働いた旨が相聞こえ、御役柄に似合わない仕形につき、旧冬に御役を取り上げ御国許へ御返しになった。その後御吟味があったところ、いよいよもって不義の段が相聞こえたため、主計ならびに息子平蔵を御物頭出渕平兵衛（盛許）・鈴木彦太夫（重忠）の御預けとなった
一 同月二十八日 公方様御厄年につき観理院へ御頼みし、去る二十六日より今日まで御祈祷があった

1. Same month, 21st day: Word came that Taki Kazue (Akinori) had committed impropriety with page Minobe Sukesaku (Shigefusa). Due to conduct unbefitting his official position, his position was revoked last winter and he was sent back to the domain. After subsequent investigation, the impropriety was further confirmed, so Kazue and his son Heizō were placed under the custody of military officers Debuchi Heibee (Morimoto) and Suzuki Hikotayū (Shigetada)
1. Same month, 28th day: Due to the Shogun's unlucky year, prayers were requested at Kanri-in temple from the 26th until today
