西宮御祈禱之御祓等観理院江御頼御預被成
但三沢甚右衛門持参江戸着不詳
一 同月七日今度江戸表御番割有之向後御書院番
二組大御番四組御留守居二組江被成候ニ付右之段今日
御番頭江被 仰出之
一 同日侍中末期養子之願申上候ハヽ自今以後番頭
其願之書付之判本を見其品承届可相達之自然
番頭病気又ハ指合申事候ハヽ筆次を以可相改旨

一 二月四日 伊勢・西宮での御祈祷の御祓等を観理院へ御頼みし、御預けになった
ただし三沢甚右衛門が持参したが、江戸着は不明
一 同月七日 今度江戸表で御番割があり、向後御書院番二組、大御番四組、御留守居二組とすることになったため、右の件を今日御番頭へ仰せ出された
一 同日 侍中で末期養子の願いを申し上げる場合は、今後は番頭がその願いの書付の判本を見て、その内容を承り届け出ること。もし番頭が病気または差し支えがある場合は、筆次を以て改めるべき旨を仰せ出された
一 同月十二日 瑞源寺において去る十日暁より今朝まで松桂院様御一周忌御法事御執行があった。谷中南泉寺でも去る十一日晩より今日まで御法事御執行があった
一 同月二十七日 江戸表より横目村上三太夫（正峰）が遣わされ、瀧主計（明矩）の息子平蔵に切腹を仰せ付けられた
一 三月二十八日 浄光院において昨二十七日晩より今朝まで清池院様二十七回御忌御法事御執行があった。天徳寺でも去る二十六日より今日まで布与姫【光通の娘】様の御法事御執行があった
