現代語訳
退出すべき旨を仰せ出された。
一 七月四日、御座所において、今度の地方割を仰せ付けられ、高六百石以上の者には地方（知行地）を下し置かれ、それ以下の者は御蔵出し（蔵米支給）にて下し置かれるので、その旨を心得るべきと、諸月番へ御家老・斎藤民部（定之）が申し渡した。
ただし、千石には円村一村ずつを下される。
一 同日、本多孫太郎（長員）へ、拝知（給知）の内、円村二十か所を下し置かれた。この分は山川ともに支配すべきこと。この外は御家中並みの相給にて下される旨を仰せ付けられた。
一 同日、組の者について左の通り増員を仰せ出された。

[They] were instructed to withdraw.
1. July 4th: At the audience chamber, the new land allocation (jikata-wari) was ordered. Those with stipends of 600 koku or more were to receive their allotment as enfeoffed land (jikata), while those below that level were to receive their stipends from the domain storehouse (kuradeashi/kuramai). The chief elder (karō) Saitō Mimbu (Sadayuki) conveyed this directive to the various monthly duty officers, instructing them to be aware of the matter.
Note: For every 1,000 koku, one complete village (marumura) was to be granted.
1. On the same day: Honda Magotarō (Nagazane) was granted 20 marumura (complete villages) from within his stipended holdings (haichi). He was instructed to administer these, including their mountains and rivers. All remaining holdings outside of these were to be granted as shared fiefs (aikyū) on the same basis as other retainer households.
