奉書紙三十束并昆布一箱干鯛一箱御樽一荷被献之
勘解由 御城江罷出御献上物指上之其節御用番
戸田山城守《割書：忠｜昌》殿出座
一 同月十日御生見玉御祝儀被献候ニ付而之御奉書
於御老中宅被相渡之
為生見玉之御祝儀黄金十両被献之候
