一 養子跡目之事御条目之通に候但及末期
願之書付有之節は御番頭又は支配人え
判本を見せ可被申候番外之衆中は其
並之輩え判本を見せ可被申候
一 私用有之御城下より外へ被罷越儀
御条目之通候但松岡丸岡等え被罷越節は
一宿無之とも月番之御家老中迄
可被相達候
一 乗物之事御条目之通に候乍然年若
衆中は馬上乍然可応 思召候
一 万事簡略之儀御条目之通に候就中
振舞其外参会之節料理等成程かろく
酒不可過三返候
一 衣類之事御番出仕之節又は参会等にも
専麁服を可有着用候

判本を見せて申すべきである。番外の衆中はその
並びの輩へ判本を見せて申すべきである
一 私用があって御城下より外へ出かける儀は
御条目の通りである。但し松岡・丸岡等へ出かける節は
一泊しなくとも月番の御家老中まで
相談すべきである
一 乗物の事は御条目の通りである。しかしながら年若い
衆中は馬上であっても御思召に応じるべきである
一 万事簡略の儀は御条目の通りである。就中
振舞その他参会の節、料理等はなるべく軽く、
酒は三返を過ごしてはならない
一 衣類の事は御番出仕の節または参会等にも
専ら粗服を着用すべきである

Memorandum
1. Matters of adoption and succession shall be according to the regulations. However, when approaching one's final moments,
if there is a written petition, the judgment document should be shown to the duty officer or administrator
and reported. Those outside the regular ranks should show the judgment document
to their peers and report accordingly
1. Going outside the castle town for private business
shall be according to the regulations. However, when going to Matsuoka, Maruoka, etc.,
even if not staying overnight, one must
report to the monthly duty elder
1. Matters of conveyances shall be according to the regulations. However, young
retainers may ride on horseback as befits His Lordship's will
1. All matters of simplicity shall be according to the regulations. Especially
regarding entertainments and other gatherings, food should be as light as possible,
and sake should not exceed three rounds
1. Regarding clothing, when serving on duty or attending gatherings,
one should exclusively wear simple garments
