其外借地之者召仕之者共に至る悪事
無之様に吟味仕るへし若悪事出来
候はゝ組合之者はいふに不及庄屋長
百姓迄可為越度事
一老て子なく幼少にて親にはなれ《見せ消ち：惑｜或》は
後家になり或は長病又はかたわになり
身の寄所なく身上おとろえ立かたき
者あらは縁者はいふに不及庄屋長百姓
五人組心をそえ引立とらせ可申事
附右之者共持高有之候はゝ外へ取うしなひ
不申様に庄屋長百姓五人組立合
意を入心を可付事
一村中にて勝れて身持心さしよく
農業所作精に入御年貢等て手に正路に
皆済仕者あらは書付置可申来吟味
之上御褒美を可被下又は左様之者
無拠子細有之俄に倒れ候はゝ御手当
可有之且又常々農業所作を勤めす
現代語訳
その他借地の者、召仕いの者共に至るまで悪事が
ないように吟味すべし。もし悪事ができた
場合は、組合の者は言うに及ばず、庄屋・長
百姓まで越度となること。
一、老いて子なく、幼少にて親に離れ、あるいは
後家になり、或いは長病又は身体障害者になり、
身の寄るところなく身上衰え立ち行き難い
者があれば、縁者は言うに及ばず、庄屋・長百姓・
五人組が心を添え引き立て取らせ申すべきこと。
附 右の者共で持高があるならば、外へ取り失い
申さないように、庄屋・長百姓・五人組が立ち合い、
意を入れ心を付けること。
一、村中にて優れて身持ち・心差しよく、
農業・所作を精に入れ、御年貢等を手際に正路に
皆済する者があれば、書付け置き申し来て吟味の
上、御褒美を下されるべし。又はそのような者で
やむを得ない子細があって俄に倒れた場合は、御手当
があるべし。且つまた常々農業・所作を勤めず
