遣申事堅く停止すへし若無拠子細
有之時は庄屋長百姓へ断組頭を以此方へ

附諸事証文念を入判形仕へし最前判
形仕後日に不存よし申候はゝ曲事に可

一山林田畠永代売買仕候はゝ証文に庄屋
長百姓判形を加え此方へ申来裏判を
取へし郡所之裏判なき永代証文は
一作売買同前たるへき事
附散田百姓上証文有之又は質物流れ
落高証文有之は不及沙汰事
一青田并秋手米前銀を入置買申事
堅停止すへし若相背売買仕候はゝ
買主可為損料事
一伝馬人足出し申時は組之者に組頭立合
判形を取置へし其外何に而も御用
之物出し申時は其役人の受取手形を

やり申すことは堅く停止すべし。もしやむを得ない事情が
ある時は、庄屋・長百姓へ断り、組頭を以てこちらへ
申し来て指図を受けること。
附 諸事の証文は念を入れて判形すべし。最初に判
形した後日に知らないと申す場合は、曲事として
申し付けること。
一、山林・田畠の永代売買をする場合は、証文に庄屋・
長百姓の判形を加え、こちらへ申し来て裏判を
取るべし。郡所の裏判のない永代証文は
一作売買と同じとすること。
附 散田百姓上の証文がある、または質物流れ
落ちの高証文がある場合は沙汰に及ばないこと。
一、青田並びに秋手米の前銀を入れ置いて買い申すこと
堅く停止すべし。もし相背いて売買した場合は
買主が損料となること。
一、伝馬・人足を出し申す時は、組の者に組頭が立ち合い
判形を取り置くべし。その外何であっても御用
の物を出し申す時は、その役人の受取手形を

Note: If there are certificates for scattered field peasants or certificates for
pledged property that has been forfeited due to default, no further action is required.
1. Purchasing standing rice crops and advance payment in silver for autumn rice delivery
is strictly prohibited. If sales are conducted in violation of this,
the buyer shall bear the loss.
