前々と変わらず取引をすべきこと
一 当町中ならびに御領分で必要な所々には札遣い（値札による価格表示）を
命じられるので、そのように心得て取引をすること
一 諸商売は前々の通りにすべきである。付け加えて、諸職人の作料（工賃）は今まで通り
変わらず、今後高値にしてはならない理由のある分については、そのように行ってはならないこと
右の趣旨を承知すべきである

1. All commercial activities should be conducted as before. Additionally, craftsmen's fees should remain unchanged as they have been until now, and from now on, there should be no unreasonable price increases.
