成候者ハ不申及公領ニ成候者ニ而も其咎之品々
被仰立急度曲事可被仰付事
一田地田畠猶以情入時節候間作付可申事
附未進等之儀無滞納所可仕事
一金銀米銭大豆雑穀等ニ至迄商売之儀直段
前々ニ不相替取遣可仕事
一諸商売前々之通可仕候附諸職人役料只今迄ニ
不相替自今高直ニ不仕訳候分如在仕間敷事
右之趣可相守者也
一閏三月十一日江戸諸番ニ罷越面々重而御指図有之迄
出立相見合候様被仰出御奏者番大谷助六重照毛受
左門頼久鈴木多宮江御家老申渡之
一同日明里御蔵米此節御入用之儀も可有之候間米出候儀
先差留候様ニ御奉行蟹江刑部右衛門董平大谷儀左衛門好行江
御家老申渡之
一同日御普請之儀川除用水等ニ限り申所之外ハ見合延引
可仕旨御普請奉行上月八郎左衛門宜冨江御家老申渡之
一同月廿八日御登城《割書：昨日七日御老中阿部豊後守殿ゟ｜連名之御切紙来》御領知御拝領之
現代語訳
いる者については申すまでもなく、公領となった者であってもその咎の品々を
申し立てられ、厳重に処罰を申し付けられること
一 田地田畠はなおいっそう心を入れる時節であるので作付けをすべきこと
付け加えて、未進等の件については滞納所なく処理すべきこと
一 金銀米銭大豆雑穀等に至るまで商売の件については値段を
前々と変わらず取引をすべきこと
一 諸商売は前々の通りにすべきである。付け加えて諸職人の役料は今まで通り
変わらず、今後高値にしてはならない理由のある分については、そのように行ってはならないこと
右の趣旨を守るべきである
一 閏三月十一日 江戸詰の諸番に赴いていた面々は重ねて御指図があるまで
出立を見合わせるよう仰せ出され、御奏者番の大谷助六重照、毛受
左門頼久、鈴木多宮に御家老が申し渡した
一 同日 明里御蔵の米はこの節御入用の件もあるであろうから、米を出すことを
まず差し留めるよう、御奉行の蟹江刑部右衛門董平、大谷儀左衛門好行に
御家老が申し渡した
一 同日 御普請の件は川除用水等に限り申し出た所以外は見合わせ延引
すべき旨を、御普請奉行の上月八郎左衛門宜冨に御家老が申し渡した
